Creating Your Estate Plan

This 3-week presentation is designed to help people better understand the basics of estate planning so they can consider the options that make the most sense for their specific situations. Participants will learn what to consider when creating a will, the benefits of trusts in estate planning, how to help reduce taxes on estates, required minimum distributions and how insurance can help protect your family. We will also discuss steps executors and successors need to take when in those roles.
