Koryu Japanese Sword Art

The Macomb study group is managed by Dan Mordan (Genzan) Sensei (6th Degree) and guided by the 15th headmaster in Japan. Many of the techniques start from a seated position (on your knees), so it is necessary to be able to stay in this position for extended periods of time.
