1 on 1 Basketball Academy is teaming up with the Macomb Township Parks and Recreation to offer two basketball clinics. These clinics are appropriate for all skill levels and abilities to participate. Instructors will teach the fundamentals of the game while promoting a fun court environment. (No Class on 11/28)

Materials Included

The Kids Karate program is designed to introduce kids to martial arts. Certified instructors will introduce students to exciting kicks, Bo Staff, Nunchucks, Board Breaking, Self-Defense, and important life skills. This is a great introductory course to try out martial arts, and no previous experience is needed. (No Class 11/28)

A1 Health & Safety teaches participants to be safe, effective babysitters and build confidence in their child-care skills. Health educators cover First Aid, CPR with mannequin practice, choking, safety, child development, age-appropriate activities, behavior management, fire safety, crime safety, the business of babysitting, and more! Safe Sitter Babysitting Text is included in the course fee.

Children will begin to explore the world of robotics as they build
simple models that teach the fundamentals of robotic design

This class is designed to introduce participants to the basic skills needed, as well as developing motor and social skills. Coaches combine soccer with fun games and skill building activities, keeping your child entertained and enthused each week.

TGA is bringing the golf course to the gym! It’s a perfect way for
your child to start the game, or for more experienced players to
improve. All equipment is provided. Certified instructors teach
swing fundamentals, rules, etiquette and life values as students
advance through the program. TGA staff 7-1 student/coach ratio.

Your child will learn the art of exaggeration through fun lessons
like Cow Expressions and Elf Expressions. YR kids will enjoy
sports-themed art with our Basketball Fun lesson and dive into
seasonal activities with Baking and Decorating Sequences.

We will apply a product called Snowtex along with acrylic paint
to give a thick texture for tree limbs and on the ground to help
us create a quiet spot under a tree laden with snow including a
cardinal or even a deer
2x16 canvas and other materials included.

Are you looking for a night out without the kids? Register to drop
your children off for a fun evening of activities at the Rec
Center! Kids will be supervised as they swim, have fun with a
photo opportunity, eat a pizza dinner, and end the night watching
a newer release G or PG rated movie (TBA). Pizza dinner and
other refreshments are provided. Life jackets must be coast guard
approved. Kids are welcome to bring their own snacks as well for
movie time. Parents Night Out t-shirts included with registration.
